In an ironic twist, the United States Attorney has petitioned the New Hampshire Supreme Court to allow the US to intervene in Danny's pending Writ of Habeas Corpus, arguing that the NH Supreme Court has no jurisdiction and the matter should be removed to the Federal District Court.

It looks like the motivation and mindset of the defendants won't see the light of day at this trial?! So much for a fully informed jury.

Snipes Acquitted of Felony Tax Charges
Congratulations to Wesley Snipes, Robert Bernhoft and the entire legal defense team in that case, well done. There is still hope in this country that a FULLY informed jury, armed with the WHOLE truth, can see through the fog of government misinformation, prejudicial jurist and over zealous prosecutors. Hopefully, Snipes will follow up with a civil suit against the federal government.
